High-Pressure Cleaning System
High-Pressure Cleaning System
Designed for advanced manufacturing, supporting high-standard environments like cleanrooms.
Our industrial-grade High-Pressure Cleaning System provides high-efficiency, high-stability cleaning solutions for industries with stringent cleanliness requirements, such as semiconductors, optoelectronics, biotech/medical, and precision component manufacturing. Utilizing multi-stage pressure control technology and modular spray system design, it achieves rapid decontamination of equipment surfaces and critical areas while protecting sensitive materials from damage.
Product Characteristics & Technical Advantages:
🔹 High-Pressure Variable Frequency Power Module:
Built-in variable frequency motor drive, supports maximum working pressure of 200 bar (adjustable), suitable for different materials and contamination levels. Maintains stable pressure output, avoiding fluctuations that could affect equipment structure.
🔹 Intelligent Control & Safety Module Integration:
Equipped with HMI and PLC intelligent control systems, supports real-time pressure/flow monitoring, start/stop delays, fault diagnosis prompts, data logging, etc. Can interface with MES/SCADA systems for automated monitoring.
🔹 Cleanroom-Grade Structural Design:
Housing made of SUS316L stainless steel, featuring corrosion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface treatment, validated for compatibility with ISO Class 6 cleanrooms. Internal piping is polished to reduce particle accumulation.
🔹 Modular Nozzle Options & Recycling/Filtration System:
Supports 0°–40° multi-angle nozzle selection, allowing adjustment of spray patterns based on contaminant properties. Paired with a three-stage filtration and recycling system to reduce water consumption and processing costs.
Applicable Industries:
✔️ Wafer fabrication and packaging/test production line equipment cleaning
✔️ Precision mold/jig surface residue removal
✔️ Cleanroom floor/wall and pipeline maintenance
✔️ Optoelectronic display and medical equipment cleaning/maintenance
✔️ Cleaning operations in environments with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and particle sensitivity restrictions
