03. Engineering Development
- Drawing Design & Review: Prepare electrical, mechanical, and control schematics for client approval.
- Parts Procurement & Fabrication: Source critical components and perform necessary fabrication according to specifications.
- System Integration Testing (FAT): Conduct in-house testing of electrical, mechanical, and software integration before deployment.
04. On-site Deployment
- Equipment Transportation & Installation: Arrange transportation and on-site installation in compliance with safety standards.
- System Adjustment & Testing: Fine-tune logic and operation settings based on on-site conditions.
- Training: Provide comprehensive operator training for equipment operation and maintenance.
05. Acceptance & Support
- Site Acceptance Test (SAT): Complete final testing and handover, signing the acceptance report.
- Technical Support: Offer online and on-site support services during the warranty period.
- System Upgrade: Enable future expansion of system modules and functionalities as required.
